Whatsapp data bundles - working or not?

Hi All

My wife's data bundle ran out, and Whatsapp stopped responding.

Only when she loaded some airtime, did Whatsapp started to respond again.

Is there still issues with free Whatsapp data?

Also, I don't think it works if you don't have a positive airtime balance.

For some reason her whatsapp bundle is not loaded.

Thank you for posting to us.

Which phone does she use? You can advise her to dial *147# option 8 to get new data settings. She would then need to restart after installation.

Did the option above work. I also experienced the same thing that data was being deducted from airtime
