My WhatsApp icon is missing. I've tried re-installing the app, restarting the phone - but it never shows up;

Anything else I could try to get the icon back? It shows the icon of the actual app on the home screen - but not on notifications.

On the latest iOS 15.0.2 on the 12 Pro Max.

Have you tried to hold the power button and home button together to reboot?

There is no home button…

That sequence is a whole new **** show these days of volume up and down and what not.

Yeah, you have to hold 'volume up' and 'power' together for a few seconds - then swipe at the top to shut the phone down - making sure you don't swipe on the big Emergency SOS button in the middle by mistake.

Isn’t it volume down first and then volume up?

Oh it’s the other way round.

Volume up, Volume down + Side Button.

Since I've updated to the new iOS I've noticed that the telephone app is janky AF. If you're using BT earbuds and try to answer a call it simply doesn't work even touch input seems to be buggy as all hell while in a call, never had any kind of issue like this before.
