wheel cap cost

What would you guess is the obvious reply to this thread?

I see that she says that it's a 2008 Polo...best to go to the dealer, or if you aren't a multi millionaire, try and find one in a scarp yard. THEN secure it with electrical ties and use the piano wire to garotte the next bastid who tries to steal it...:D

When i asked for year model there were none listed. I notice next post said the model showed. Must have been added after...

Reason i said lets be kind was coz i know how you guys can get.

If you say that coz i lol'ed @ deleted posts.... She should rather have asked them to delete the thread...
So no bad intentions on my side.
 
who da hell would ask such a question anyway? go to the shop and buy one...
 
Was worried the dealer would not allow me 2 buy 1 instead of 4, but if thats not the case will check out Barons 2moro.

Wheelcaps are frigging expensive.

At one stage I had all of them looking a bit rough. The car had to go in for some paint work and I got the assessor to through in 4 wheel caps. When I saw the price of the round pieces of plastic my eyes went about the same size. I told the guy from the panel shop it's stupid expensive and mags would be about the same price, he agreed. We made a deal there where he somehow gave me cash without doing the wheelcaps and I used the cash to go buy 4 mags instead :D

An no, it was not fraud.
 
Get nice aluminium wheels. This way you don't have to worry about wheelcaps flying around. rofl
