I purchased one of the 5Gb a month for 12 months packages last year, but can't remember exactly when it was. I want to know when my 12 months is up. Logging into my account on the CellC website doesn't help, that information is nowhere to be found. Dialing *101# from my phone gives me my data balance for the rest of the month but says the expiry date is 01/01/2030! Anybody know a quick and easy way to find out when my 12 months are up (besides phoning cellc and asking which will be my last resort as I suffer from callcenteraphobia). Thanks...

Either find your slip, or phone them. No other way :)

A lesson for all Cell/mobile users (I learnt the hard way); I also "lost" my contract docs & was with Auto Page/Vodacom on one of these 300mb pm contracts, purely for email/OS updates from home.
Suddenly I noticed the bills were sky high - became the victim of OOB rates - And the worst thing is that if you phone the call center "they will never tell you, contract expired!"
So I drove up to Vodaworld & physically terminated contract!

Is there still no easy way to determine when these pre-paid bundles expire ?

I tried using the Connector software, that does not show the actual expiry date.

I just took mine to the cellC shop and they told me ( i had the same problem :D )
