When does Telkom file new rates with ICASA?

Hi,

it must be around this time of the year, but does anybody know when telkom files it rates for the next year with ICASA?

Pity they don't have to worry much about Neotel

Ja, I think it is August.


Hopefully the government and ICASA will have some really, really tough questions for them if they do not lower prices.

.. and hopefully I will win the lottery this year as well.
