Yep! Closing on 18 Dec. Opening on 6 December. Our leave days will NOT be affected. I think this counts as a “benefit”, although not stated in employment contract because office closure is NOT guaranteed. It’s at the discretion of the Directors. Love this! We worked our socks off, the company is drowning in revenue. Wouldn’t make sense to work during the festive season, our clients will be nowhere to be found! :ROFL:

Did your CEO share some of it with you, or did he tell you "Sorry no bonus or increase" and then arrived at your office in a brand new E-class Mercedes?
 
I am back in the office Thursday 2nd January 2025. At least it is next year.
 
No vacation time off. Worked all public holidays including 16, 24, 25, 30, 31 Dec and 1st Jan.
As long as people still eating, Food delivery services will be open
