So it's 1 NOV and 12:30AM and there's no cap reset yet. Anyone have an idea how late exactly the caps reset?

Depends on your ISP.

Who are you with?

On WA I was reset as usual at 00:00 - worth getting 'ripped off' for quality haha

Being that this is in the CellC forum, I'm guessing that's his ISP.

In other news, 1:11 and no reset.

Ah, mine just reset, and not a moment too soon (need to upload a big file).

2:20 and both my sims have reset. One about 5 mins after the other.

So I'm guessing the process takes time per sim. Maybe they start the process at 0:00

I wonder if the reset happens as part of a batch month end process? Maybe it has to wait for their billing system or something to work its magic?

Maybe try disconnect(from your router), then re-connect, perhaps you'll get a new IP and the account would have reset?

00:43 line disconnected. Cap reset on new connection.
Any one else line disconnects when cap is reset or was this just a fluke?

Maybe, there's no one who can really answer that now is there.

Looks like 2:20 am is the winner when looking at the post time. Although I went to sleep just after 2am myself...

As I have pointed out in this thread to which you replied, Cell C is busy working on it. While frustrating, would it not be fair to give them the benefit of a little patients?

If the feedback received here was considered valuable to them, they would have found an adequate replacement already.
Even complaining on there website you no response.

One of the reasons i got the 5GB package was because i knew there was a cellc rep on forum addressing issues that arose.
This which is now non-existent is in my opinion way better than calling the helpdesk where you are encountered with someone who knows very little or nothing at all about what you asking them.

agreed. They do deserve some patience from the forum users. At least they have considered getting involved in the forum to address issues especially when you consider that the forum is not considered an official channel for them to provide support.
