When is the Giga "Midnight data" considered active? From midnight until when?

For reference, I'm referring to these packages: http://www.cellc.co.za/giganite

It mentions that it starts at midnight, but when does it conclude? Is it from 12am-5am (or 6am or 7am)?

Make sure to reboot/restart your connection before using midnight data r. What I have experienced midnight data doesn't automatically kick in..

How do I know this I am capped for day shift data... Every time I have to reboot my connection in order to use midnight data.

It seems they have fixed it as of yesterday... will report back again today

From midnight i.e. 00:00 until 06:00 AM.

Yeah, I normally do a USB stick/router reboot, just to be safe. I've had a couple of mishaps in the past.
