When will iBurst reduce prices or increase caps?

we don't need spare capacity after hours - we need uncapped for cheaper prices.

Jannie, your winking is getting old, I think it's time I-Burst announces something solid or gives us a TAT!

I hope you actually taken time to read wimax forums and seen the problems people are experiecing especially with regards to online applications and gaming on Screamer.

This is only true for screamer, as I had both telkom's wimax and screamers' and the Telkom one was excellent... Screamer's service is excellent (for me anyways), but I could not game on it.

+1 4 moar cap @ iburst and better signal. :P At least I can game... sometimes. :erm:

Remember this.....

Hi guys.

In an effort to improve our service to you, our customers, we will be performing a major system upgrade this weekend.

Let’s prepare for our new iBoss system. Yes guys, it is almost time.

We are all very excited that the time has eventually come.

Please note, you will not be able to login to the iBurst website to perform any account related-activities
(ie. bandwidth booster purchases, top-ups, balance enquires, etc.) from 8pm on Friday 14th August 2009 to 10pm on Monday 17 August 2009.

All of these facilities will be available by contacting our 24/ 7 contact centre on 087 720 2020.

I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Should anyone have a concern please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thanks

3 months ago, the new iBoss system was implemented. After 3 months nothing has changed.

I would get a refund on the iBoss system....:erm:

Eish, and here we sit paying R199 per GB....

My thoughts exactly.

Never thought I'd see the day, but my bright-eyed optimism regarding iBurst's future is finally at an end. Where are the cheaper prices? Where are the innovative new packages?

Never mind nationalising the mines, the government, it seems, has started nationalising the communications sector, starting with iBurst.

im pretty sure with all these new ADSL packages coming thro - lots of people will be moving from i-Burst unless i-Burst has something worthwhile to offer current clients..

man - people used to beg in these threads a few months ago - where have all the ibursters gone, are they all on ADSL/etc now, or has everyone just given up?

they jumped ship... at the price adsl is going for i dont blame em... just thinking i have to pay 200 bucks for a gig while others are paying 15 bucs for the same gig is heart sore.
