When will iBurst reduce prices or increase caps?

Some jumped ship and the rest gave up. We aren't seeing any changes and these threads are being ignored. If I wasn't on a contact I would have jumped ship a long time ago.

Just think, with the R199 that we pay per gig we could get over ten gigs from web africa.

Jannie if you read this please let us know what is happening. We're all getting gatvol of this. There really is no way for you to justify the high prices we are paying or why it is taking so long for new packages to be implemented. Other ISP's have dropped their prices and intoduce new packages already, why not iBurst? And the other IPS's had to go to the drawing board and think up new packages and pricing... we did most of the work for your "product team" so whats cutting?

I know we've been quiet, but not idle. There will be an announcement before month-end.

Oh my word...now I'm actually excited. I really just hope this time around it will actually happen. I too also think that if things dont improve by end Dec, I'll be moving to another internet solution.
 
Wonder what it will be? Hoping that it is enough to keep me at iBurst, I really don't want to go through the hassle to order a phone/ADSL line.

To be honest it they only implement half the new ideas Iburst may become the preffered option again. Hope and pray its not just a bump up of existing packages. I don't want just more data for same money. As I said my budget is up to 700 and I only spend a fraction of that with you guys, gimme something I wanna buy.

iBurst users get more sand kicked at their face.

R 20 per GB ADSL bundles

The latest ISP to cut rates is MyISP which today announced that they have launched their Value Gig service,
providing subscribers with 3 GB of fibre based ADSL data and 50 MB of free Wi-Fi access for R60 per month.
This equates to R20 per GB, which is cheaper than Screamer Telecoms’ R23 per GB and Afrihost’s R29 per GB.

Yep , iburst might be offering new packages as per the new post today http://mybroadband.co.za/news/ADSL/10547.html but this is touching so very few of us ,its not even really worth mentioning . Once again hoping that there is more to the story from iburst`s surprise this month for all the rest of us.
