Never. There will always be poor, and therefore hunger and malnutrition. Not because of a lack of food but because those people don't contribute enough value in exchange.

Tbh it is the government responsibility to take care of the people.. Specially a democratic one.. Or was that socialist.. Or even communist?
They should really lay on the KFC and t-shirts much more often.

When people who cannot afford kids stop breeding.
I just dont understand when someone who clearly cannot even survive by themselves has multiple children under the age of 4. Sure, I get you can have 1 slip up, it shouldnt happen but it does, but to have more kids when you know just how hard and expensive 1 kid is, baffles me.

I had a friends wife once tell me, money shouldnt dictate how many kids she gets to love and have. This was a pretty educated person as well....

Well how can you honestly say you love your kids if you have so many of them that you cannot afford to raise them?

It was like arguing with a brick wall. They had a 3rd kid after that one, have downgraded their house, offload the kids on anyone and everyone because they cant afford pre-school and are considering full home schooling to save money.

Rather than give 1 child the best chance of succeeding, they have hamstrung 3 of them. Bizarre.

Poor person Pension plan.

Kids look after you when you are old.
You have to have many in case some die.

Oh yes, you usually get grants for your kids.
They are also useful for begging for money.

So many pros.
