Do you know what it's called? I don't even know what to search for.I ordered one from takealot once, and also saw at Geewiz as well. Did search again for another one a few months back but no one had stock.

What you should get is a regular extension, not a longer splitter.
Just get extensions for the two individual outputs on the other side of the split, or one extension for the input side to the UPS if the two gadgets you're powering are next to each other.
I hunted for ages and found them at a place called Linkqage in Northgate Business park. (Cape Town)Anyone know where I can buy a longer version of this power cable from my Gizzu DC Mini-UPS to two jacks for my router and fibre (I need a cable with ends that are at least five times as long). I don't even know what this is called, which makes it impossible to find lol.

Can I ask why? Is there any reason extensions would be preferable to the longer splitter I shared above that's on Takealot currently? I'm not going to rate my electrician skills, I just want to solve a simple problem as simply as possible. What you should get is a regular extension, not a longer splitter.
Just get extensions for the two individual outputs on the other side of the split, or one extension for the input side to the UPS if the two gadgets you're powering are next to each other.
So if you're extending the run from the UPS to the two gadgets it's powering (if they're next to each other), then get an extension (or make one up as per above post) using 1x 2.1mm F and 1x 2.1mm M plug. If you're needing to extend the two other ends because the devices aren't near each other, just make up two extensions with Male and Female connectors.
Just be sure of the connector sizes... 2.1mm 2.5mm are both fairly common... and bear in mind there are actually two sizes - inner and outer measurements... yours look like standard 2.1mm jacks (the hole / pin) with 5.5mm outer measurement.... also, beware - often images on sites don't match the product... example:

You can probably go with DC extension cables.
Or you can DIY with a DC Terminals and your own wire. I got these from my local china store for R5 a piece. I use it for 12V DC lights on a 10m+ cable
I saw op questions, went to fetch my 5 minute job and take pictures, only to see you guys beat me to the punch.Make one yourself, which I did. I went to our local China shop and got these connectors and used normal twin flex cable for the length I required. The connectors were R10 each.
