SATA data cable - where to buy?

I ordered a hard drive from Sybaritic but they don't have the SATA II data cable in stock. Anyone know where I can buy this in Cape Town (CBD preferably)? Also the mounting screws for the drive...

Most computer shops should have an abundance of this, and any decent shop wouldn't even charge you
