Cheaper and better to make your own.
Buy two steaks and eggs. Some veggies too. Cheese, spices, just like you want it. Freeze one steak and make the same in a week or so. It's really nothing to make your own.

Except if you do anything with the cheese it would no longer be real steak egg and chips.

Not that I know of. Several restaurants did "close" but then they popped up again after the first level 5 though.
