How much do you make at a time?

About 600g to 700g boneless chicken, cooked as a curry in the slow cooker.

And then I bulk cook veggies as well, which is a punnet each of broccoli and cauliflower, and a bag of butternut and some carrots.

But for the whole week? How long can you keep cooked chicken before it goes off?

Five days, never had too much of a problem. But yeah, once or twice there may have been a little funk on day 5, but you just gotta power through.

Do you freeze some?

No. From experience, I know that once something goes in my freezer, I forget it and it never comes out again.

It's top stuff! Of all my bulk-cooked meals, chicken curry is best, followed by beef potroast, and then roast chicken.
