The N17 between Jo'burg and Springs has been operating for at least 20 years. When is it's contract up? An on ramp desperately needs to be built at Heidelberg Road to ease traffic going into the CBD. It's a cheap-ass solution that won't be implemented because the toll operators demand their pound of flesh. Viva cANCer kickbacks, viva.
