Where is Iphone IOS 4

I thought IOS 4 was being released today for Iphone

I have downloaded Itunes 9.2 but when I check for updates it says 3.1.3 is the latest

Does anyone know when IOS 4 is going to be released?
 
Apple don't tell anyone but most updates are release in the morning Pacific Time. I would expect something sometime after 5pm at the earliest here...
 
Yeah !!!!!!!! Version 4.0 is available on iTunes, am busy updating my iPhone now - 378.0 MB. Can't wait to see the changes

Mine started downloading at full speed (around 3mbps) but is now down to 100kbps. Feck off, all you leeching scumbags! :D

Has anyone installed yet? I believe activating the phone after the d/l and install may be problematic because of the server load.

Just finished restoring and activating - no problems - think I got it done just before the over load ;)
 
Good to hear!

I'm doing the download without the auto install. I may wait until the morning to install it. Can't wait for the improvements!
 
Restore and recovery of backup o.k. (so far) paid for apps are being re-installed, discontinued apps will have too wait for JAILBREAK :O)
