WHERE IS OPENWEB'S SUPPORT TEAM???

I have yet to get a response from the openweb support . I have no email incoming or outgoing, my connection seems more stable now ( was being dropped every few minutes today,..Icreated an gmail account and sent 3 emails to openweb support..up to now NOTHING. not even the courtesy of a confirmation of receiving the darn mails

Does anyone know if 'Mr Beep" is still around???

One thing is for sure I am DONE WITH OPENWEB!!!!!!!!

It sure look like openweb is trying to force their customers who complain to take a hike,, I had them on the phone most of yesterday about my connection, and at one point I made the "mistake" of losing my temper.. result???? what I am experiencing today?

The support left the forums long ago.
 
Also had a super bad OW experience. Took them about 3 days on average to reply to my mails. Used them for about 2 weeks.

I just don't go on and on and on and on.
I've found a route that works for me and I've suggested it to another user.

The OP has tried your "routes" already without success. What exactly do you expect him to do...? Send his complaints via carrier pigeons because he would probably get a faster response that way..? As far as I am concerned the more awareness about how OW operates the better.
 
And after reading this thread, I have to thank the OP for sharing their experience of the little known startup ISP called OpenWeb. I was thinking of joining them by switching from Afrihost but they just seem to be lacking in experience and just like in any job interview that the incumbent happens to have zero experience, I have to decline on appointing them to be my ADSL provider. :whistle:

It doesn't do OP any good telling him what happened to OW support on the forum?

I wasn't bitching to begin with, but okay, OP got his answer, matter closed.
