Where MyBroadband got the TV from

There was a Samsung competition on MyBroadband as part of an advertising campaign where users could win a TV. It was a fun, balloon popping competition, and many of us played the game.

One of the MyBroadband staff members then won a TV. She disclosed that she worked for MyBroadband, and the people who run the competition said that it was within the rules.

However, everyone at MyBroadband felt that while it is great that she won the TV, it would not be right to keep it. We are therefore giving it away in a competition.

Thanks to Samsung for the great prize – you are going to make one MyBroadband member very happy!

In years past there were allegations that the competitions were rigged on this forum.
However, it has been proven to me, to my face to be above board. How do I know this? I myself won a competition earlier this year, and I am not exactly a very popular forum member here, I am actually well hated amongst a select group.

That for me was proof enough.

I would venture to say that the competitions here are fairer than, say ones on 94.7 or any other Primedia owned radio station.
