Well, the people buying there will NEED the option of using their cellphones to regulate their houses. The traffic to and from office will prolly prevent them from getting home before 8pm, and they will have to leave again at 6am to avoid the rush... With teklom's poor internet, they won't be able to work from home either, thus will have to drive to whereever they work! Poor sods!
