As the title states. I am on month to month at the moment and want to cancel the service. Hoping someone here has an effective channel through which I can do this speedily. Thanks.

Record all details, put it in writing, get reference numbers etc going to help down the line when their debt collectors keep calling after they have continued to invoice you after notice to cancel.

What lte package this , if it old original uncapped with 300gb fup @ R599 can advertise it on here

haha there is even one before this one, I have no FUP except for torrents :)
The current one I'm using for 6 months now is capped at 4Mbps (Smart Broadband Wireless) for 150GB, after that it's unthrottled 60Mbps+ for the rest of the month.

Mine is the Uncapped LTE for R799, same as the R599 one but higher price. I get 300GB at full speed, then throttled to 4Mbps for 50GB and then 2Mbps for the rest of the month. Over it now and cancelling this as I have ordered Fibre (not from Telkom) to have a true uncapped and unthrottled experience.

I pay less than R600 a month now truly uncapped and throttled except for torrents which i dont care for

Beat that fibre! :P
Telkom keeps trying to get me to upgrade nope

Can cancel it online on the portal, then you will get email with reference number.
Any idea if I need to give a calendar month notice or something like that? If I cancel now, will it be cancelled end of the month or how does that work?

This is incredible, and part of the reason I have hung onto mine was because it was WAY better than Fibre, but 300GB is just not cutting it anymore. What product do you have that you get this experience on LTE?

I have one of the very very very original contracts where they were not allowed to put FUPs on it is likely the same as yours but you have ammended contract whereas mine stated in no uncertain terms no throttling or shaping barring the 50gb torrents. Its almost 3.5 years old now worth its weight in gold. Many months we hit 400-500gb no speed degradation but i just stream everything high quality full hd and dl the odd steam game, it dls 40gb in an hour easy

Jealous man, I just missed that one then. Mine was true uncapped when I got it then they changed the FUP after about two months of having it to start throttling at 300GB of usage. So now I just refuse to go to another product of theirs because I can honestly no longer trust their products. Happy for you though, very cool product.
