Where to get a Dyson V11 replacement battery?

The Dyson's are ridiculously complicated for absolutely no reason other than the engineers got carried away making everything "fancy". I've never seen anything like it, there's so many stupid points of failure which are totally unnecessary.
 
Contact Dyson directly.

They are allegedly quite incredible with customer service which is why the things cost what they do.
