Having this account has the added benefit of allowing you to get a Platinum cheque card with ABSA and free banking costs (Provided you get their minimum salary, I believe, though I'm not sure), except for something like a R30/month fee for the card. They don't tell their clients about it and most of the consultants probably don't even know about the deal, but it's there.
