Whey protein cheapest supplier?

Was at Supplement World in Sebenza yesterday. They've got a 20% off sale on selected items including Whey Protein.

Drink eggs, cheaper and works a heck of alot better than processed whey. Also doesnt give you the schits.

Decent eggs are more expensive per gram of protein.

Better absorption than whey though, and more ways to consume it.I pack on mass fast when im on 4-5 raw eggs a a day, compared to the same amount of any protein shake. Also protein shakes have other nasty things added to them such as cheap bulkers like maize etc, this is why some guys get fat when they go on these shakes.

+1, although I don't do the raw thing anymore, hard boiled tastes better.
Haven't wasted money on protein shakes for over a year now and better for it, also noticed since eating eggs my joints don't ache anymore.

I dont want fat with my protein. Eggs are way too expensive anyway to even just have the whites.

Humans have difficulty absorbing protein from raw eggs. You would have been better off eating cooked eggs.
