Which 2TB external drive ?

Looking for a decent USB 3 2TB that will connect to a Mi box S to put on UHD content.
Does it need to be a certain speed ? The drive itself?
Would connect it to my USB port on the media player

No, 5400rpm or 7200rpm will be more than fast enough. 5400rpm will give ~90MB/s

I would avoid drives that have the usb controller and port integrated onto the hdd pcb, dunno if they even exist? @SouthBit
