Hi,
I work from home mon-fri and use my internet mainly for that purpose only.. email, web browsing, and VPN into our headoffice in the States. I use on average 150-200mb day. Thus 5 gig monthly is more than enough for me.

I am with telkom on a 1mb adsl and looking to move to a different ISP.

My requirements: require access at optimum bandwidth from 6am-6pm (business adsl too expensive)
5gb max monthly average - dont require uncapped.

Any recomendations on who and what bundle/package?
Will capped offer me better speeds daytime than uncapped at 1mb?

thanks in adv

Any capped account from a major ISP should give you better (more consistent - not necessarily faster) speeds.

I'm guessing you're currently on the Telkom uncapped promo in which case you might as well opt for one of their capped offerings when it expires unless you're trying to save a few bucks. Otherwise avoid ISPs that only operate with debit orders or want you to move your line to them.
