I'm infact running DNS from both 
I have my DynDNS account running from the Router, which updates within a few seconds and also my Zone edit account running off DynSite software on one of the PC's on my network.
Obviously both acounts points to the same IP but I have a reason for having two URL's with he same IP address.
One is my private URL and one I make available publicly
The Zone Edit account does take some time to update once the IP has changed.
