Pick the cheaper of the two, performance is going to be very similar.

lol then what is the point in buying a striker extreme which a truly enthusiast board meant for pushin those fsb's ?

Lol mate.. settle with a Genuine Intel board if u not into overclocking... save the money and get decent graphics card...at least a 8800gts or 2900xt

i got myself a E6700 with a gigabyte DS4 motherboard, Raid 0 for OS. Runns quite nice.

Yes
I check out the motherboards, the gigabyte was better than the Intel Badaxe2 board, but i notice a few new boards have arived in the mean time.
