Which ISP do you buy prepaid Caps from? ANd do you use your credit card or EFT or other?

I personally use FNB connect, its just very simple for me as i have an FNB account and it takes a couple of seconds to top it up, it rolls over for about a year from what i remember. Cost is R69 a gig but you can top up from R20 at a time depending on how much you want

No, it's not free. I buy local cap at R12/Gb, which carries over from month to month

Axxess has local-only prepaid accounts, I'm not sure if there are vouchers though

is prepaid account getting reset by 1st of new month or does the balance roll over to the new month?
