Which ISP offers Uncapped trial?

So I'm getting rid of TI as there service is pathetic and I haven't been able to get speeds above 40kbps since last week and average on about 20kbps all on a 2meg line which is making it impossible to do my midnight to 7am downloads and to even work from home the rest of the time (which this week I have no choice but to).

So with it being a week or so away from payday(so cash is extremely tight or just non existent) I need to be online and I am looking to change ISP, but would like to know if there are any ISP who offer Uncapped trials so I would be able to test at least which one is better over the next few days.
I tried a free 2GB capped account from Web Africa and it worked way better than TI, but didn't last long enough for me to test thoroughly enough and with it being capped it wouldn't have been subject to the same rules as Uncapped.

What is your usage like? Sounds like you could have used a little too much data for the month and so are being "soft capped". If this is the case, no ISP's home accounts will do. Maybe you should be on a business uncapped account?

Business uncapped has the same priority as home capped.

What's you usage like?

If you do most of your downloads at midnight Web Africa will work 100% for you.

My usage is usually around 70GB/pm but I try and schedule most of my downloads between midnight and 7am, although I sometimes do streaming and then occasionally I work from home.
the problem for me though is my area, or at least my exchange, doesn't support more than 2meg so I don't see the point in spending more money for a business package unless I'm doing at least 4meg or getting better service which I used to get from Afrihost before the line speed upgrades last year.

With that usage I would definitely recommend Crystal Web. They don't offer trials, but for your usage, your uncapped will be unshaped. Streaming, downloading, browsing etc all works perfectly. Speak to someone on live chat (bottom right of their website). www.crystalweb.co.za

think I'll give Crystal Web a try for the next month and see how it goes for now...it's a bit more expensive then others, but from what I've read the service is worth it.

I doubt if your problems are ISP related because at 70GB you are still way below the threshold, especially if you are scheduling your downloads in the Night Surfer period.

If it is exchange congestion then switching ISPs won't help.

And if you do get a trial account to test with, it will most probably be a capped account as I'm not aware of any ISP that will give you a trial uncapped account! :D Do not compare capped vs uncapped...

Was definately ISP issues as using my Web Africa and Afrihost free caps would give me full speeds.

but it's all good, like i said in my previous comment, I've decided to bite the bullet, spend that last bit moola and signed up with Crystal Web.
