Which ISP should i choose?

First post
I have a 4mbs Telkom ADSL line and use Telkom ISP 5gb, I also get capped around the middle of the month and top up 4 or 5 times which is becomming costly. So im looking to for an uncapped package.

Some of the ISP's offer various packages on 384kps, 512kps and 1mbs 4mbs.

My questions are:
1. What does Telkom ISP connect at? and
2. if i went for say a 1mbs package would i be wasting 3mbs of capacity on my 4mbs ADSL line?

and help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you sign a contract with them?

To answer your question, which ISP to choose, I'd go Afrihost www.afrihost.com R29 per gig, and lately there end of month topups have been great 50% basically. buy 1 get 1 free..
