That being said, Afrihost have really let us down and they don't seem to care about it.
That's quite appalling, but quite common in this country of ours.Recently, we had a bit of trouble with Openweb. Our 4MB uncapped line was performing very badly!!! 30kb/s at 10 o’clock at night.... So we mailed them to ask what is going on and got the following sarcastic, snotty response:

Please be careful of Openweb, their customer service is terrible!!!! They take long to answer mails and then you get a sarcastic response?! Their customer service is almost as horrible as their ADSL speeds...
