I am a trustee. They think that they are the client or owners of the apartments. They ignore instructions.

In Cape Town: Marite (bunch of old fools who think they are kings of the empire)
In Johannesburg: Status Mark (known for throwing a blind eye when a trustee has her fingers in the cash kitty of the scheme)
