Well... The first package is essentially an Uncapped Promo, the second package is a Capped Promo.

Beyond that, I'm not sure anyone understands what you're asking.

Gold Uncapped is better. Lower contention and better performance. I'm pretty sure the Gamers King account is a Standard Uncapped account with prioritised gaming and after-hours downloads.

P2P/Torrents will be shaped on both during business hours, Gamers King more so than Gold.

In my opinion the Gamers King is better for Online Gaming and the Gold is better for pretty much everything else.
