Which OpenWeb Uncapped is for me ?

IS gold 4mb uncapped shaped what I need ?
I mainly use internet during evening, I want to be able to download from web, stream music and video and download torrents Fast at night.
Website says shaped will shape torrents, will torrents be fast in the evenings ?
Any other account suggestions ?

R899 excludes the line rental, correct. Add another R400 odd for line rental... gets expensive...
 
what should I get (any other isp) if my budget is R500 for uncapped and I want to be able to download torrents :)
