Which phones do the cellular execs use?

Harri Rauhala, Cell C’s Chief Strategy Officer, says he typically carries 2 phones around: “One for mainly calls (small and sexy), one for email (big and still sexy).” His emailing phone is HTC Touch while his voice phone is a Nokia N95.

I wonder if he carries two phones because his voice calls are free, and he then got another phone for email/data to use on MTN/VODACOM's faster Data service, what’s the bet he does not use Cell C for the email/data, I know I can’t, its way to slow!

Nokia & HTC seems to be the most popular choice - except for Mr. Shapshak of course :D

How's he going to get his hands on the 3G iPhone when there are no plans of it being released here any time soon? Or are we onto something? :P

Vodacom executive Dot Field shares Rauhala’s sentiment regarding two phones, and is also using the Nokia N95 as well as the BlackBerry Curve.

How stupid !!! Why carry 2 phones anyway? One big for email and one small for calling. Thta doesn't make any sense.

The only people I know who ever carried 2 phones were those questionable characters at schoo. 1 smart (stolen) phone (probably black listed) and 1 crappy phone with a prepaid sim

Lol that is funny... nowonder Cell Cs doing so bad... he uses a small sexy phone for voice, the N95 and a big sexy phone for email, the HTC Touch....:rolleyes:

I can't help wondering if these execs really get to use the phones they really want to, or are they under soft pressure to be seen to use frequent freebies given out by strategic businness partners. How will Nokia react when Vodacom/MTN execs are perceived to "promote" HTC as first choice products, for example?
