I love Piktures app, but lately the app froze, I fix it with restarting my phone. I don't know if there was a update. I like this app because it's ease of use. I am using a Samsung phone
 
Whatever Gallery app came with my MIUI / Xiaomi / Redmi. They have started pushing adverts more and more with their apps though so wouldn't mind looking for alternatives.
