Which place makes the best pizza?
 
the cape town people will flame me for this, but honestly don't see the big deal with Butlers Pizza,
very limited selection, ONLY delivery, only in certain areas, only during certain times and having tried it, (twice)

pizza perfect is better, and available everywhere more of the time and not exclusively via delivery.

now I see why it never came to JHB.
Edit: see its not on the list, as its not available nationwide,
 
About the 6th time we've had the question since I joined.

Anyway.... nicest tasting = Panarottis , nicest to digest (and fair taste) = Romans
 
Del Forno makes a great Nutella chocolate pizza desert
Romans does a dessert pie with liquid Hazelnut choc, even better 🤤
 
Can you really call it "make the best pizza" when a great many of those don't make **** and just cook pre-fab bases out of a box?

Based on that criteria I would say Col'Cacchio is probably the best but also very expensive so my pick of choice overall would be Pizza Perfect.

Some of the others I've never heard of so guessing they are not a Cape Town thing.

Nothing beats your own pizza make from scratch at home though.
 
Luckily I am over the pizza thing. They not made like in the old days. They all taste the same, They use the same fake cheese, fake topping. Even the non franchise places has gone down the drain.
 
Roman's on a thick base else the local wood-fired joint.

something has changed at pizza perfect...usually have their signature pizza but the recent one was not as good as i remembered...the toppings was also less which was disappointing...
 
I make my own, but if we're going out, then Picolinos in Fourways.
