Which Power Bank?

Power banks are all about the internal battery. Samsung batteries are among the best 18650's you get (Sony, LG and Panasonic, are all good). The only power banks I know of, that contain genuine batteries from these manufacturers, are the Romoss Sailing range. I have a Romoss Sailing 4 (10400mah) and it is serving me very well

I can vouch for these. Best Powerbanks I've got. Doesn't come with a durable cable, but that's fine, I replaced with longer anyway.

Romoss's range is a strong 2nd for me, the AData is just cheap as chips. If the price holds, I'm buying a few more as Christmas Presents.

If I were you buy them now as there is currently huge hassles bringing in consumer batteries and power banks even by sea now

First it was Air freight that was an issue and we opted to bring in by sea, now Shipping lines are also hesitant to allow batteries and power banks on sea cargo.

We had a shipment of consumer batteries sitting at the docks for two months as no shipping line wanted to transport them , we eventually paid a premium to get it on a ship.

These are your standard consumer batteries such as AA ,AAA , lithium, camera batteries , remote batteries etc. so it looks like consumers batteries irrespective of brand are going to have the same issue and that means huge price increases if they are continually going to pay premium rates to get goods to South Africa.

Whats the issue here? Is it fear of batteries exploding/catching fire? And is it an actual issue? I imagine with companies like Telsa just ramping up production, batteries still need to get shipped, so whats going on?

I might just stock up on powerbanks and such soon!

Ive bought Anker in the past. Very happy with the products.
