Which router to choose?

Hello everyone,

I have subscribed to Level 7 and need some info on which router will work for what i need.

It needs to be able to control bandwidth on certain devices without affecting speed on high priority devices.

Im looking at the TP Link Ac1900 from incredible connection.

Will this router work with regard to connecting to the level 7 eubiquity link and provide the capability to limit certain devices bandwidth usage?

Any help will be much appreciated

one word.... Mikrotik. Get a cheap 1 port dsl modem and get a mikrotik rb951. What do you mean level 7? are you referring to layer 7 filtering rules?

I think he is referring to the ISP level 7. Yes Mikrotik will do what you need.
Depending on how much you have to spend some devices are much more user friendly than others.
