Greetings everyone!
So since this place has a lot of ADSL fundis I am hoping someone can give me some top notch recommendations

My Netgear router was chugging away quite well until a storm hit Tuesday night now I have killed the router before because of the same thing. So this time round I had it properly set up with a surge protector and when the storm got closer I unplugged the power from the router and left it like that because I thought the surge protector would keep the rest of it right as rain. Well it appears I was mistaken and now I am in need of a new router. My Netgear DG834 now blinks the Internet light on and quickly switches it off not even the DSL light comes on. So I was wondering what router is a good replacement?
