Which toothpaste do you use?
Are there any brands that keep the pearly whites whiter for longer, or are those just marketing gimmicks used by toothpaste brands to attract customers?

I'm currently using Colgate Whitening which promises whiter teeth in 14 days, but I somehow don't expect to see any miracles.
I don't have stained teeth yet, but they say prevention is better than cure...

Mentadent P is the only proper toothpaste in my view. All the others are mouth washes and breath fresheners!

I have always used the regular but last time the shop was out of stock so I got the whitening one, which cost a lot more, and I am not impressed. I'll be returning to the regular when I next need. Oh, and I cannot see any change in my teeth in the three weeks so far...

My paste is called Candida. :o Which as some of you might know is also the name of a STD. Something lost in translation?

Aqua fresh iso active, omg this stuff is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best tooth paste by a mile, 24 bucks though but really good.

we used some ALOE toothpaste once and that was the worse toothpaste ever so bad that i had to eat strong sweets afterwards and tipex my teeth.

Candida is a type of fungus - are you thinking of Chlamydia?

Well if you don't have sensitive teeth then Colgate total is pretty much your best bet. There are superior toothpastes overseas but due to fear of losing market share they don't import it :/ Go figure....

I've been using Mentadent P micro granules for years.

But 2 weeks ago I bought Aquafresh Iso-active for the first time. It comes in an upright can and has a citrus-mint flavour.

None of the brands which claim to be whitening work if you smoke.I should know.I might try the aqufresh Iso-active though as as a good toothpaste.

Colgate Plain, I've tried others, but I always return.

(I've got a tiny chip in my front tooth, but I'm not vain enough to have it fixed lol)

Aquafresh Extreme Clean. The advertisements they had when it first came out convinced me and I haven't been convinced otherwise since. Besides, it doesn't taste awful, which is a major plus-point when brushing your teeth.
