Actually my downloading experience has improved tenfold since I started using one on Rain, even via the US or European nodes. I'm not interested in using it for anything else right now.

You know rain has a moerse big Chinese firewall.

If it's possible to save $2 a month, then it's worth exploring. $2 here, R100 there quickly adds up to a decent number. If you never explore the options you never find the saving.

So years ago I had a 24 month subscription to a VPN, specifically for Netflix. The month it expired was when Netflix started cracking down on VPN users.

So I am starting to want to do the Disney/Hula/ESPN combo. The problem is I only have SA based Credit Card. So can someone provided a guide on how they did it.

My normal browsing is generally mybb, reading free novels online mainly from the east, similar with manga/manhua etc.

So I only post **** here, so my weak link is @rpm.

Porn, only when there is a scandal and I become curious, i.e. when Nick Mallet niece decided to teach extra curricular lessons.

Then youtube, facebook, but for that I use my real name, so it is bland and safe.

The easiest way of getting access, in my opinion.
Get a Streaming IP from TorGuard, it’s an add-on to the VPN.
It’s basically a residential IP from an ISP in that country.
Sign up for a US PayPal account, I used my Capitec card and it worked fine.
Sign up for a US Apple account, using the US PayPal as your payment method.
Pay for your subscription through Apple then login anywhere else with your subscription, using the VPN to stream.

Just note BamTech is very heavy on DRM so make sure your playback device supports the quality you want.

Apple is paranoid about validating the billing address. I see if you change your region you need to provide a payment method. See If you can't use no payment method with your Apple ID
I was able to set payment method to None
BUT I created new Apple IDs each time and didn't change the country/region.

Your method is definitely preferred if you can get it to work
