Hey guys

Looking to purchase a wireless gaming mouse. It has to be:

Wireless
Multiple Buttons

Non negotiable. I hate playing with a corded mouse.

So far I'm looking at:

Or

Getting the Naga is going to be a bit difficult thou.

I mainly play MMO's and action games so DPI is not that big a factor for me.

Any suggestions?

I prefer Logitech, as the batteries last months. Open to other brands thou.

Thanks!

Gigabyte Aivia M8600. Wired & wireless mode, spare battery pack which lasts ages, loads of programmable buttons, very comfortable. It is a bit pricey, though.

Huh?

Wireless and gaming mouse?

That doesn't mix sorry. It doesn't exist.

John Snow moment there?

I have a Razer Mamba that I'm pretty happy with. I had to replace the battery (R140) after 3 years but it still works like the day I got it.

Out of those two, the Logitech. The Naga's shape is ridiculous and you'll end up with a spasticated hand from using it for any length of time.

But if you can find one, the Mamba is pretty much the best. The only wireless mouse I'd even consider to be honest.

Lag/Interference/battery issues doesn't a gaming mouse make.

You know how many times a in dota some guy pauses because he needs to change batteries? Happens way too often.

Fair enough but I've never had lag or interference with the Mamba and when I see the battery indicator is getting low I just plug in the USB cable that turns it into a wired mouse and also charges it.

Never had that issue with Logitech mice. I change the batteries twice a year...

Never has it drop connection either thankfully.

Happens never with the Mamba, you just plug it in. I think the Logitech might have the same option.

Yup, it's both. The mini USB cable that plugs into the transmitter can be plugged into the mouse & it can be used as a wired mouse. Also comes with a spare cable :)
