Have seen the 16 and the 12 quite often. Seems to be bit more available. Damn would love a heavily peated

It seems like the annual releases have different cask ratios. Might be worth to try out the 2021 releases. I'm waiting on a sample of the 2021 12 year old to compare.

I have a 12 from 2021, not sure if it is a 21 or 20. Sure there would be slight variation between the years. But sounds like all high quality at least

There should be a date code printed on the glass, just below where the barcode is on the label.
e.g. 15.09.21
 
I've done a few of these tours during the time I've been into whiskey but nobody has been as candid as Springbank with regards to the details of their process.
