Only really had Glen Moray Chardonnay Cask before (which I like) but I prefer this. Thought it would be very sweet but not. Quite fruity. Enjoyable IMO.

We had a small session on Saturday…
Then one of us pulled out a small surprise which was my highlight of the day. Knocking it out the park with a trifecta of ex bourbon, Oloroso and Sauternes casks…

Had two new arrivals today and opened them both. Needless to say I was NOT disappointed.
That is indeed the sherry cask and it was generally well received. I find it an easy sipper for not much money.

The Smoketrails reviews are not too encouraging though....but at retail it's worth a bash of course. But here secondary is at 3 x retail so not worth it for me.

That’s the second bottle of Smoketrails after the first one was quaffed. I liked it, but I went though Heathrow so quick I didn’t have time to have a good look so just grabbed it.
I haven’t popped the Kyro open yet, will definitely do over this weekend though.
