Haven't tried and no intention of trying, but at around the same price you can get an Ardbeg Wee Beastie. Now that will leave an impression!

I really enjoy the wee Beastie and still reasonably priced

I went to get a 2nd bottle of Benriach this afternoon but they didn't have stock so got that instead.

Got a bottle of Irishman for Christmas. Will definitely not get another one, there are far better whiskies for much cheaper. I way more prefer the Jameson Stout Cask over the Irishman, and it is much cheaper.

aye, picked up 3 bottles when Makro had it on xmas promotion

judging by how fast they got emptied I should've bought more

the 10yo price rising still puzzles and disappoints me

Unfortunately I am not a sherry fan at all. It's 4th in my barrel choices tbh.

Benriach 12 is a go to.

Avoid most Irish Whiskey if you don't want to be disappointed

If you buy the cheap kak...then for sure. But there is some exceptional Irish Whisky/ey out there.

Wondering the same - I have moved away from collecting bottles (unless its a duty free edition) for a while and just trying whatever I like when visiting Wild about whisky or Whisky bro. I have a decent collection at the moment and dont mind just trying something once off

Managed to find one of these. Really enjoying the Glen Scotias and the Nikka gin looked rather interesting as well
