This is a keeper in my books. Very, very underrated and quite rewarding... despite its price!

Just happened to be in makro last night...

If I compare it to Jim Beam, I'd reckon it beats JB in every aspect. Great nose and a flavourful finish. Doesn't have a burnt finish that I've started noticing on JB (and even jack).

Really great value for money.

Currently on a business trip and have been drinking a tot of said goodness for R16 at the hotel I'm staying at. I know this is redonk cheap as the lower end blends (bells) are R20-R25.

WTF. Finish that battle. They giving it away. I've seen it for R50 to R60 a tot. Bottle price is around R600 at Liquor Store.
