This is a place called Decanter, the owner also owns a couple of Tops. Most of his prices are quite ridiculous, I did pick up a Peat Monster Arcana for R1100 though.

It's opened recently, end of April i think. I played league darts for Paddys for about 8 years so I was at Cantebury Crossing many times a week.
