Aside from the above, I only support myself, wife and daughter. I have a huge issue with family members wanting money loans as we as a household save a minimum of R6000pm in various forms (policies and investments) in case of a rainy day, whereas nearly all of them carry on financially as if tomorrow will not come.
Sure, that R6k means our house is not has huge as it can be, nor is the car as fancy, or the TV as huge, but come tough times such unemployment or unexpected death/disability, there will be more than enough to live in comfort.

The only way to think - except if a rainy day comes I am on the bones of my arse.
